BUSINESS LENDERS EXPANDS INTO VIRGINIA
Hires Former CIT Group Regional Account Manager
RICHMOND, Va. - April 11, 2000 - Business Lenders, LLC, a leading non-bank, Small Business Administration (SBA) lender, continues its nationwide growth by expanding into the Virginia market. Doug Carleton, who has more than 30 years of experience in small business finance, real estate development, construction, and investments, has joined Business Lenders as vice president and loan officer for the state of Virginia, based in the Richmond office.
Carleton comes to Business Lenders from CIT Group/Small Business Lending (formerly Newcourt Financial), where he originated, analyzed and underwrote loans for SBA approval.
