Additional Servicing Options
Sale of Guaranteed Portions To Secondary Market Business Lenders has the ability to sell the guaranteed portions to the secondary market. We will solicit bids from multiple buyers and present the results for approval. Business Lenders then will assemble the required documentation (SBA Authorization, Loan Note & Form 1086) and proceed with the settlement of the transaction. Business Lenders will need to be in possession of the original SBA Authorization and the original Loan Note temporarily in order to affect the sale. Loan sales can be completed in groups of loans or individually, at the Lenders discretion. Onsite original document file retention (fireproof cabinets). |
